Orders from our online shop can be returned within 30 days of the order date.

Personal returns to our store in Appiano are free of shipping costs. However, returns must be organized and carried out by the buyer, who is responsible for the costs.

Please let us know before you return your order. We will be happy to answer your questions and help you in any way we can.

The goods must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or washed.

For the return shipment, we recommend using the original packaging, as well as careful and proper packaging of the returned goods – otherwise, a return cannot be accepted and refunded as such. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will arrange for a refund, which will be made within the following 7 days to the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
