Traditional felting techniques transform simple fabric into something truly special, and it is precisely this fabric that we use to make our soft, warm boiled wool products. Loden and felted wool fabrics have natural thermoregulating properties, absorb hardly any odors or dirt, and crease very little.
Before cleaning the product, hang it outside overnight to air out or try to remove the stain with a damp cloth. If you are not going to wear the item for a long time, it will stay looking its best and moth-free if you fold it up and store it with a small bag of lavender.
We favour regional cycles for the manufacture and material procurement of our products - this particular fabric is manufactured for us in the Dolomites and made up in northern Italy.
